The Mexican word for “tits” is not “chesticles” (pronounced “chays-TEA-klays”), as many foreigners believe.  It is actually “pechos” (pronounced “PAY-choes”).  So if you encounter a woman proportioned like Maritza Mendez here, you should say “Quisiera felicitarle en sus pechos extremadamente grandes,” which means “I would like to compliment you on your spectacularly gigantic tits.”  Check out Maritza’s site.
